We’ve used Jimmy a couple times in our current house. One for cleaning of the main floor and the second was for a giant spill/toddler mishap that involved lots of cleaners and dish soap dumped in the carpet in our basement in the great room. It was large trust me. We attempted to vacuum the water up but couldn’t get rid of the foam and soap after hours and continuous labor to do so. We reached out to Jimmy, he showed up 3 hours later and had soap neutralizer and a high power vacuum that sucked all the water up. After he left there was no soap residue what so ever. Jimmy is very thorough and he’s nice. He was also funny with my two children. We will use him again In future as our experiences have been consistent and positive. Professional, detailed, an very passionate about his craft. It is evident with the results we have of Jimmy's work absolutely 1000% worth the money. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past nice people but the quality isn't even comparable to Vital Clean's results. Jimmy was able to repair our carpet that needed to be streched in a few areas quickly. He also removed cat urine that we had try to remove ourselves various enyzme/vinegar methods and just never could get it out of a 10 year old couch and made it look and feel brand new. Vital Clean is hands down that great.When reading reviews, sometimes you're not sure if they were paid, I was not compensated in any way. Jimmy, owner and operator of Vital Clean, gave extraordinary service in cleaning my aging mother’s home. Jimmy was respectful and friendly to my 92 year old mother, thereby making her feel comfortable in her home while he worked. The carpets had not been cleaned in years and the linoleum was dingy. Jimmy worked tirelessly and used precisely the correct product and machine as he moved through the house. When he finished, everything looked new (old stains gone) and my mother was thrilled to have her home clean again. Jimmy does not shy away from grimy jobs and he gives OUTSTANDING SERVICE at a GREAT PRICE!!! I have used other companies in the past. Now, my choice for cleaning carpet, tile, linoleum, and upholstery will ALWAYS be Vital Clean! ~ C M

Jimmy is clearly very passionate about what he does and very invested in making sure his customers are happy. I submitted a request and no more than a minute later he called me back to set up services. He was even able to make time for us the next day (a Sunday!). He’s very knowledgeable and in my opinion, his prices are fair and reasonable. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything and was flexible, helping us move the chair up and down stairs so that he could have a good space to clean it. When there was an issue (that really wasn’t even his fault) he did whatever he could to make sure we were okay with the job that he had done and any resolution that he offered. Overall, I would use Jimmy again for any cleaning needs that may arise! ~ Sam C

A fresh new look has really changed how I feel about carpet cleaners. My family we just moved into a townhome to rent, the previous renters had 3 large dogs that soiled and peed everywhere on the carpets. By the second day I was ready to move out. A fresh new look came and treated the carpets and today they came and cleaned them with amazing smelling Oder fighting disinfecting cleaners. After they were done the floors I felt comfortable to touch and I feel comfortable having my kids and baby crawl on them. I’m excited to come home when the floors are dry and for the first time in our new place feel happy that we moved here. We needed newer carpets to be re-stretched as wrinkles/creases had appeared in numerous areas. After asking around, we found them to be super responsive to our inquiries about cost and time frames to do the work. We decided to have them clean the carpets while they fixed the problems. Their prices were very competitive, and they were able to fit us in their schedule in a short period of time. They showed right on time, and were very friendly and informative about the process and work while they did it. The were speedy with the work, and the carpets looked wonderful when they were done. And it only took a few hours after they had completed for the carpets to be fully dry. I would highly recommend them and their work. ~ Steve Y

Jimmy, the owner, actually answered his phone! (that’s rare these days) and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I needed my carpets cleaned the day after thanksgiving, before new renters moved in, and he fit me into his schedule. He did a fantastic job on my carpets and also gave me a great deal on stainguard. It was fun to see how proud he was of his awesome equipment…he really geeks out on doing it right and being the best! His communication was top notch. I also agree with him…you can’t clean with water only (I wouldnt shower without soap), but he takes neutralizing the surfactants seriously. It’s refreshing to see a quality business in action. Jimmy was extremely honest, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. He called me within 15 minutes of submitting my online request and was able to setup a time for him to come clean my sectional the same week. When he got here, he noticed that the arm of my couch was broken and I let him know that someone was coming to look at it the next week to submit a warranty request to have it fixed. At this point, Jimmy said that I should wait until it was fixed to have the couch cleaned. I really appreciated him being honest. Although, our couch did not end up getting cleaned, I will be contacting him once the couch is fixed to have it cleaned. He's a very stand-up guy and I appreciated him very much. Jimmy is awesome!!!!! If you guys need an honest trustworthy person to give you a great quote this is your guy! I had two couches with cat pee on them and instead of charging me over $500 for two couches. He showed me how to Get an even better clean by doing it myself. He even helped me get everything taken apart and put in the washing machines to clean them. I’m not kidding, this guy is super sweet and will give you hundreds of phenomenal tips. This is his company and has perfected it over 30 years. He was showing me videos of what he does. WoW! I must say Jimmy is the way to go. From being on time to making sure all our needs were met, Jimmy was professional, informative and courteous the entire time. The carpets look great but it is my Lazy-Boy that really impressed me. It came out looking brand new. Prices are very competitive if not better than the competition. 100% recommend! My carpet and couches have come back to life! I was about 3.2 seconds away from having someone come rip out the carpet but Vital Clean came through and saved me a ton of money and hassle! He really educates you on his process as he goes! A bonus is he let me get a look at all the gunk that came out the carpet! He was able to remove old BLACK PAINT, syrup, orange juice and pet stains! He really took care of us! He also help fix the dishwasher that wasn't running and helped restore my garbage disposal! He's definitely a one stop shop for all your home needs! If you want a reliable, experienced, honest, no BS company - THIS IS IT! I called them to come and do an urgent, last minute, same day carpet clean. Once they showed up, they did an evaluation of my flooring. Long story short - instead of taking a couple hundred dollars and know the job would not have been done correctly, they told me that to truly get it done right, it would need special treatment. The special treatment is costly and they advised that it would be a better investment to spend the money on new flooring. I guarantee any other company would have came in, told me a price per room and just did it - gladly accepting my money knowing it was a quick fix that didn't get to the root of the problem. Not only were they honest, they were very informative and took the time to explain the chemistry involved with pet urine and carpets. I will refer everyone I know to this company! ~ Cheri P

This was a great experience from beginning to end! I was impressed with the time and care that was taken with my carpets and with me as a person. Jimmy, the owner, is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and has an amazing product for less than his competitors. We found Vital Clean in our neighborhood, wanting to use a more personable company instead of the big box companies, and we were NOT disappointed! He got rid of all of the spots on our carpet (if you see any in the pictures, they are indentations from my furniture, not spots). The carpet hasn't looked this good since it was installed. Very happy overall, will be recommending him to anyone who asks. Jimmy is worth every single penny and then some!!!! Not only are his prices reasonable, but the quality and end results are OUTSTANDING!! It was such a blessing my husband and I came across Jimmy when searching for a carpet cleaner. We called him Saturday morning and he came out that afternoon! Not only did he clean our carpets (and got stains out we thought were there for good), he also fixed all of the squeaks in our floors, stretched our carpet in the rooms that needed it, patched up a couple holes in our wall, gave us advice on our AC unit, and he did all of this with a smile on his face! Jimmy is fantastic, very nice and professional! He came in our carpet is 20 years old and has been thru it he was very nice but said we were better off replacing it, I appreciate jimmy’s honesty and not just trying to get money out of us when he knew that adding water to these carpets would only make the smell worse or it would cost us a hefty amount to maybe salvage them for a small time when we could probably replace them for the same or cheaper. He did an excellent job on the chair and couch that he was able to clean. They look amazing. I would recommend jimmy if you’re looking for someone with lots of experience and who is honest. ~ Kate B

I used Zerorez (cost 900) on Saturday and due to some cat shenanigans the next day (Sunday) I needed mine cleaned again, but I couldn't call them back since they were closed. Luckily Jimmy was open on a Sunday and I was able to schedule an appointment for Today at 9. He got here a bit early which was great, walked me through his process and explained his Hydroxidation Tech which I found really neat. The before and after pictures I took really explain themselves and his pricing was way cheaper at 525 which I was very impressed with compared to zerorez. He'll be the only one I go to for my carpet (and shower!) cleaning from now on. ~ Stein M

The resuls are amazing: old dog urine spots on a queen mattress instantly evaporated as Jimmy sprayed his magic solution on them; my livingroom print area carpet I thought had faded is now rejuvenated ; two white fabric chairs look like new, and my windows sparkle like never before ! This guy Jimmy is the real deal! Its nice to do business with someone who takes time to educate people on the little things that most of us take for granted. My carpets are very old and have wrinkled over time. IHe did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpets and when he finished I was amazed at how new they looked. Had a “Pet” carpet cleaning emergency before a big party in my home. I called A Fresh New Look to see if by chance they could come that day to clean my “mess” that I was in. Within 40 minutes he was to my home and did the BEST job I’ve ever had done on my carpets. He wound up cleaning a family room and staircase as well.
